Conditions of Sale

Please be advised that by purchasing any Item/s or Subscription plan from SublimeGaming you are agreeing to these Conditions of Purchase and our Terms of Service.


1. SublimeGaming wishes to advise that any plan purchased is a yearly subscription and any cancelation will come into effect after your renewal date has passed. Refunds cannot be offered for cancellation due to change of mind as per our refund policy.


2. SublimeGaming reserves the right to deny the purchasing of any product or subscription for any reason and purchased subscriptions may be cancelled by our staff at any time due to misuse or inappropriate behaviour. Any such cancellations will not incur a refund as per our server Refund and Exchange policy.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds: Due to the nature of your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund for a change of mind or if you plan is cancelled by server staff due to misuse of your plan or inappropriate behaviour because it is an active product for one year. If you would like to cancel your donation plan, please respond with a cancelation request when you receive your yearly renewal notice by email. Alternately, feel free to send us an email from the contact page if you would like to cancel your plan at any time or have any other questions.

Exchanges: Please note that donation plans are non-transferable and any changes to your plan must be made within 14 days of purchase. Should you choose to change your plan, we will not be able to offer a refund for a downgrade to your current plan, however, if you choose to upgrade your plan after purchase, we will deduct your previous payment from the annual price of your new plan for the current billing cycle. If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your plan upon renewal, please inform us via the contact page or rely to us via email upon receiving your renewal notice with a change of plan request.
