Step 1:

Launch Minecraft and open the Multiplayer Menu. Click 'Add Server'.

Step 2:

Pick any Server Name then enter our IP into the Server Address bar as shown.

Once finshed. Press Done!

Step 3:

Thats it... your ready to play. Click on the server and press 'Join Server'.
